VAT Deregistration
VAT Deregistration Services & Compliance Audit in Dubai UAE
There are two circumstances in which businesses and people registered with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) may deregister from the VAT:
- You must file for the VAT Deregistration if your revenue was less than AED 187,500 in the last 12 months.
- If your company no longer makes taxable supplies, you must file for VAT deregistration, which you should do right away to avoid any penalties.
If your company no longer produces income equivalent to AED 187,500 after you willingly filed for VAT for a period of 12 months. If your taxable supply does not reach the permissive ceiling (AED 187,500) in the following 30 days, you must examine and determine if you should file for VAT deregistration within the next 20 days.
